Commercial Accounts
- DawnSignPress' standard continental U.S. shipping method is UPS ground. If you would like an alternative shipping method, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-549-5350.
- UPS Consignee and Collect shipping are available upon request; there is an additional handling fee.
- In-house RUSH processing can be requested (for same day order processing) at an additional 4% charge, with a minimum of $5.00 and a maximum of $45.00 (RUSH processing must be requested prior to 1:30 PM Pacific Time).
- Foreign (outside of U.S.) and Canadian orders under $200.00 are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. For orders over $200.00, call 800-549-5350 for details.
- Merchandise damaged in transit during shipment must be reported immediately to the shipping company and DawnSignPress. For any damaged shipments, please keep the damaged box for inspection by the shipping company.
